Texas Government Code, Title 10, Subtitle D, Sec. 2157.066(c) established new requirements for CISVs that do business with the State of Texas through the Catalogue Purchasing Program (program). CISVs must now maintain a web presence for their catalogue through a universal resource locator (URL) linked to the Texas Building and Procurement Commission (TBPC). In addition in these changes, TBPC is requiring the vendor submit additional information to further enhance the program for the using entities.
